Contexte et mission : Project Overview :
This project focuses on developing machine learning, data fusion, and medical image analysis methods to objectively improve cancer prognosis prediction. The project is centered on computational treatment of medical images (CT, MRIs, histology slides).
About the Position :
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with strong computational expertise to lead the development of models integrating imaging and multi-omics data. The successful
candidate will work at the interface of medical imaging, artificial intelligence, and translational oncology.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Extracting and integrating histopathology (pathomics) and radiology (radiomics) data
(work on deep features, clustering, habitat imaging…).
-Developing and validating models for virtual biopsy, digital twin
-Designing robust tools for imaging data pre-processing.
-Contributing to national and European research grants.
-Supervising and mentoring BSc, MSc, and PhD students on innovative research projects.

Rémunération : Competitive salary aligned with INSERM standards, based on experience.
Diplômes requis : Please do not apply if you lack hands-on experience with medical imaging (radiology or digital pathology). - PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Imaging, or related disciplines. - Strong programming skills: Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Demonstrated experience with high-dimensional medical imaging (radiomics/pathomics), including tools such as PyRadiomics and QuPath, histomix. - Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
